Let's learn about this week's Hilton Hero! "Shannon facilitates, with a positive attitude, One Healthy Village, which creates a learning environment for students and staff to be welcomed and curious, in a variety of activities. She also takes the time to plan activities in and out of school, that gets the staff together to create a positive culture for all staff. Shannon creates the safe space and time, for students and staff, to converse respectfully. A colleague, that collaborates not just with her team, but the entire school community."

Helping our staff, students and even the nurses in the office with anything that may come her way. She goes above and beyond for late arrivals and early dismissals. She is a nurturing face to many of our students who honorarily call her 'the other nurse'. Village would not be the same without her!"
