The Hochstein School named Naomi Rosario, a sophomore violinist at Hilton High School as a member of the 2023-2024 Hochstein Youth Symphony Orchestra, the highest-level youth orchestra in The Hochstein School’s four-tier youth orchestra program.
Rosario is among students in grades seven through 12 from 29 different schools from all over the Rochester region. Students compete annually for a seat in the orchestra, performing in at least three concerts throughout the school year. The first concert of the year is on Sunday, November 12 at 2:00 p.m. in the Hochstein Performance Hall at 50 North Plymouth Avenue in Rochester. Other concerts are in the winter and spring. The orchestra will also travel to Italy in the spring.
