The Exploring Health Careers class at the high school features a wide range of guests to help students, as the class name suggests, learn more about health careers that go beyond the traditional nurse or doctor.
On Monday the students in Sunnie Tobias' class learned about being a mortician. Matthew Morante with Rochester Cremation talked to students about his career path and what his job entails.
He says some days are harder than others, but he takes pride in being able to give comfort to families when they need it most.
In addition to mortuary science, students have also learned from guest presenters about physical therapy, psychology, and phlebotomy.
