- Signed Lease
- Rental Affidavit (to be used if you do not have a formal signed lease)
- Shared Housing Affidavit (to be used if you are sharing the residency with another family)

CATEGORY B:
- Recent utility bill or other bill in your name
- Pay Stub
- Bank Statement
- Car Insurance
- Car Registration
- Recent Tax Bill
- Driver's license, permit or non-driver ID (if issued within 6 months)
- Document from government agency such as social services
