The students in Kelley Stoll's English as a New Language (ENL) class are tracking Rochesterian, Tim Cain (Taco) as he hikes the Appalachian Trail. Taco is a family friend of the Stolls who started his 2,190-mile trek on Mar. 17 at the trailhead in Springer Mountain, GA. He has agreed to let the English Language Learners in Mrs. Stoll's class track his progress and occasionally checks in from the trail with a Facetime call and answers students' questions. Taco is currently 120 miles into his journey and is in the Smokey Mountain region. The trails ends at Katahdin, Maine.
