SkillsUSA, a nationwide student-led partnership of education and industry selected senior Brooke Dean as the October 2023 WEMOCO “SkillsUSA Framework Superstar”. Only one student can be nominated per class each month. To be eligible for his distinction a student must meet or surpass the selection criteria for their program.
Dean, a senior at Hilton High School, received praise for her outstanding effort, attitude, work ethic and professionalism in the cosmetology program.
