Two students with gradnmother

Merton Williams Middle School was once again able to celebrate their Grandfriends Breakfast on May 16 after a four-year hiatus. Student volunteers served Grandfriends a delicious breakfast followed by performances by vocal groups, the Jazz Ensemble, solo vocal performances by Lyla Mason and Jackson Streiff, along with a speech by Madison Hart, Student Council president. Guests were also able to view student artwork and purchase furniture pieces refurbished by students. The money collected will go back into the program and a portion will be donated to the Ugandan Water Project.
