Hilton High School is located at 400 East Ave. in Hilton and houses grades 9-12. The student population is approximately 1,400.

Hilton Central School District is authorized by the International Baccalaureate (IB) to offer the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), which encompasses grades 5-10, and the IB Diploma Programme (DP) for grades 11-12. All students in grades 5-11 participate in an individual oral commentary – a one-on-one literary discussion with their teacher. In grade 10, students present their MYP personal project that they began working on in their freshman year. The personal project is a sustained, self-directed inquiry with a global context. In addition, all grade 11 students take IB English and IB History of the Americas.
