every May and serve three-year terms voluntarily.

2014. Meetings are held generally the
second and fourth Tuesdays of the month in the Board
Meeting Room of District Offices/Quest Elementary, 225
West Ave., Hilton. Meetings are open to the public.

Basic Financial Statement
of the Hilton Central School District is available for
public inspection from 8 am-4 pm in the Hilton CSD
Business Office. The independent auditor's report is
completed annually and submitted to the Board of
Education for review at its regular meeting usually in
early December. It contains an overview of the
district's financial activities including reconciliation
statement of revenues, expenditures and changes in fund

To become a Board
Candidate: Nominating petitions may be filed
with the Board Clerk 30 days before the May
election. Qualifications to become a candidate for the
board are: a district resident for at least one year
prior to the election and a qualified voter (age 18).
Nominating petitions are obtained from the District
Clerk, District Offices in the West Avenue Building, 225
West Ave., Hilton.
